So last night when it was time for our bedtime prayer, Josiah decided to deviate from his usually prayer. And here is what was prayed...
Dear God,
Please keep the deer safe.
Please keep Daddy safe.
Thank you for us.
And please keep us safe.
Amen
I am pretty sure that he will never forget about the "Deer Incident of 2009."

I love when they pray their own prayers! And that deer story will probably be one of those stories you tell year after year for the rest of your lives!
